Responsibilities:

A Silvi Materials Construction/Maintenance Administrator will oversee administrative, operational, and documentation needs for construction projects, serving as a key liaison among our construction manager, project managers, maintenance managers, and electrical department managers. One will maintain project schedules, process contracts, manage documentation (RFIs, submittals), handle invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate, organized project files, including contracts, submittals, and change orders.
  • Organizes and maintains project files, including contracts, drawings, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Reviews contracts, processes change orders, and ensures all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
  • Managing AIA Contracts
  • Financial Support: Assist with project budgeting, process vendor/subcontractor invoices through D365
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain and update construction project schedules, meetings, and project team logistics. 

Qualifications Required:

  • Industry experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Some college or further education is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in construction, contracting, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with tools like D365, Procore, MS Excel , and document management systems.
  •  Strong organization, written/verbal communication, and attention to detail.
