Title of Position: Logistics Development Program
Location: Southampton, NJ or Morrisville, PA

As a trainee in our Logistics Development Program, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity regarding what being part of a Logistics/dispatch team is like!  Here, you will make an impact by working alongside experienced dispatchers and logistic coordinators. So, what does a trainee in our Logistics Development Program Do? As a Trainee, you'll be an integral part of our central dispatch operations:  

• Work in partnership with Highly trained and experienced Dispatcher and Logistics Coordinators
• Provide stellar customer service to our clients and addressing any issues and or concerns
• Ensure successful scheduled deliveries with our drivers
• Communicating via a two-way radio system.
• Handling high volume of calls daily
• Communicating and working alongside other departments such as Operations, Sales and Quality Control.
• Complete work assignments in the allotted time frame
• Demonstrates excellent communications skills; listens to other ideas and suggestions

Qualifications Required as a Silvi Logistics Development Trainee:
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic equipment- previous mechanical/maintenance experience preferred

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma/Ged and or currently enrolled in a community college

Physical Requirements:
